We are ALH Law Group. If you haven’t figured it out yet, this is not your run-of-the-mill gig—we're all about pushing boundaries and embracing an entrepreneurial mindset.
We’re a tight-knit crew concentrating on business litigation, estate planning, and probate.
We're all about removing any intimidation from litigation and making the law accessible and straightforward for our clients. Think easy-to-digest legal advice, flat fee billing, and tons of document automation. We take our work seriously but also believe in maintaining a life beyond the office grind.

More on the Role:
This role is for a litigation attorney. We’re not huge on traditional labels so you won’t be called an “associate” - just ask our Chief Tech Whisperer or Chief Storyteller. The key is that you’ll be the go-to person for your clients. You need to be comfortable managing an active caseload and interacting and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
In addition to running your case load, you’ll help us continuously improve the way we practice by automating documents or tasks, finding efficiencies, or embracing new technology. Don’t worry—you don’t need to be an expert in all these things, we have tools and people to help you! But a relentless incrementalism mindset is a must.
Aside from providing amazing representation, we're big on setting SMART goals around here. We have a Bingo Card full of goals for the year! Hit those quarterly targets, and rewards are waiting for you. We're not just about the work—we're about taking our team on a journey of growth and success.
What we’re looking for:
We need someone with a solid four to ten years of experience in civil litigation or probate.
Aside from your resume, we want an attorney who shares our core values: Technodextreous, No Bullshit, Be Engaged, Get Outside, and Thank You for Being a Friend—you’ll hear more about what these values mean during the interview process.
You should bring an entrepreneurial flair to the table. Do you have a "book of business" that speaks volumes—maybe five to ten clients or even more than thirty? Perfect. If you’re still on the path of building a book, please apply!
We're looking for someone who loves technology, is passionate about making the law more approachable, and takes the intimidation out of legal representation without compromising quality.
You should strive for excellent legal work and take pride in your work because typos matter!
We want our team members to bring your whole self to work! We value individuals who excel in their roles and contribute to the positive and collaborative culture we've built. If you're passionate about making an impact and aligning with our mission, you'll fit right in.
